Our Team
Tom Wanda
Tom was one of the first to offer an interior repair service to Chicago’s automotive industry. He started the family business, known as Masters Touch in 1984 at the age of 32. He has been gifted with an entrepreneurship mindset, ability to build business relationships, and mentor his children in business. Tom retired in 2017 and now works part-time. He enjoys spending his past time with his wife and 11 grandchildren. He also stays busy helping on the small family farm and taking vacations with his wife.
Ben Wanda
Ben started helping his father, Tom, in the interior repair business when he was 8 years old. He worked part time through high-school, then after graduation, became Master’s Touch first full time employee. Ben’s dedication and passion helped take the business to another level. In 2017, Ben took over the operations of masters touch from his father and continues to uphold the stellar reputation of the family business. Ben enjoys spending his past time with his wife and 3 children. He also enjoys fishing, cars, hockey, and serving in his church.
Joe Wanda
Joe has been working hard in the family business since just a young boy. He has great ambition and an amazing work ethic that has made him successful in the automotive industry. He works side by side with Ben to continue to improve and grow the family business. Joe enjoys spending his past time being with his wife and son. He also enjoys staying busy managing the family's 104 acre farm which produces grass-fed beef and pork.
Matt Wanda
Matt followed suit the same as his older brothers and learned the art of interior repair at a young age. He takes much pride in his work, and patience in the process that is required to do a perfect repair. His years of experience, patience, and attention to detail makes him one of our best interior trainers in the business. You will not be disappointed in his abilities. Matt enjoys geology, traveling, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Ray Gerney
Ray has been with Masters Touch since 2018. Ray has an eagerness to learn, work hard, and an attitude always willing to help. You won’t find a more loyal, dedicated technician to help solve your interior issue. Ray also enjoys being with his family of 5 children, helping at his church, and watching football.
Charlie McQuillan
Charlie started with Masters Touch in 2009. Charlie is a diligent worker with great attention to detail. His many years of experience and hard work have made him a key pillar to the success of Masters Touch’s reputation. He enjoys spending his past time with his family of 5 children, part-time pastoring, studying his bible, and leading others in their personal lives.
Ronny Bucio
Ronny has been with Masters Touch since 2017, His positive attitude and willingness to work hard has made him successful at his job. He takes pride in his work and the ability to make used cars look brand new. Ronny enjoys spending his past time with his wife and 2 kids. He also loves to play video games and do his own mechanics.
